Welcome to our Web site. We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.

CURVES SMART EQUIPMENT IS HERE!

The CurvesSmartâ„¢ program is competition-based - your primary competitor is YOU! The program analyzes your age, BMI, body-fat composition, results from a preliminary workout and other factors and computes a performance index for you to attempt to match or exceed in every workout. Here's how it works:

  • A Curves staff member first determines your personal profile
  • Then you're issued a CurvesSmart ID Tag with your fitness profile on it
  • The program then computes a performance index for you to attempt to match or exceed.

During your workout you flash your CurvesSmart ID Tag by the monitor at EACH station. Flashing lights on the monitors let you know if you're reaching your performance expectations. Is your heart rate in the target range? Are you achieving your target intensity level?

    • Flashing green Light - YOU ARE!
    • Flashing yellow Light - Step up your pace
    • Flashing red Light - Your time is up

It also keeps track of your reps and intensity level to adjust your performance expectations at your next workout. At the end of each workout you immediately receive a PROGESS REPORT telling you:

  • Number of CALORIES you burned
  • What MUSCLES you worked

TEXAS A&M STUDIES: The Curves workout has been proven to be effective at protecting muscle, burning body fat and raising metabolism.
